    ls1 intake on 6.0 LQ4

    How would this work? what all is involved, is this the same basically as the ls6 intake swap. would it hurt me or be beneficial to my performance. i like the look and a few are available cheap. thanks for any help!

    No don't do it. Will not flow as good. LS6 is better flowing.

    Also it depends o what you are using the truck for. The truck intake will have more TQ down low and the LS6 will have more power on the top end and let you rev higher also (I think)

    You will also have to relocate your accessories. Too much work for worse performance. I would suggest a FAST 90/90 intake over an LS6...

    if i did a fast 90/90 id need new CAI, manifold, TB, MAF?, ACC bracket? what all would have to change?

    The FAST 90/90 can be purchased with a 90mm TB--or without one. The FAST intake bolts right up and uses all the factory stuff. You would just need a CAI...
