Headers are the question

1st time user here,
Ok I have a 2016 Silverado 2500 HD B 71 with a 6.0, 8000 pound trailer with an off-road car with another 6 L in it. I’m running around 4000 to 4800 over the hills and my speed is around 45 miles an hour. My goal is to acquire more torque and horsepower. I have a 823 heads this L 96 would respond to a texas speed VVT Camshaft springs and so that’s what I think I’m gonna do to get the extra horsepower and torque. I was thinking of putting a turbo charger on there, however can’t find a Bolt on header system, started looking for a header system long tube but was told that because the cats are so high up in the system it would be near impossible and very costly, and the bang for the buck was not entirely a good idea. I tell you the story because I expect, you guys will give me good advice and I need someone in the Orange County/LA area that can do the Cam swap for me and put the headers on if I can find them I appreciate your time
