    water in pcm harness..

I somehow keep getting water in my pcm harness on the blue side. It keeps causing my fans to kick on even when truck is not running and drains my battery. I cleaned it out really Good with some electrical cleaner and now a week later the problem is back. The is a rubber seal around the harness that looks fine. I don't see why it is getting water in it. The water gets in and it makes the wires look like they are corroding. I cleaned it with a toothbrush along with the cleaner. Any ideas other than a new harness? I tried a new pcm before and it did not fix issue also.

I am having the exact same problem and I haven't figured out a way to stop it, or where it is coming from. The water usually contains some type of dirt, so I can only assume it is coming from street water after rain. I am about to silicone the outside of the harness to prevent water from running down the wires onto the pins to see if that fixes the problem.
