i just swaped a 6.0 into my 05 silverado it was a 4.3 and it had E-fans stock but for some reason i dont think there comin on today i let it idle for a while and the temp started creepin past normal and no fan....?????? any clue my motor and harnees are from an 04 engine which didnt have the efans so do i need to ad some wiring or somethin
Did the donor truck have Efans? If so, it's just a question of finding which pins on the PCM activated the fans. If not, the PCM should be flashed to have the pins activated to run the electric fans.
