Need some help in making a selection. I've read on some posts to use 01-03 ford aerostar dual fans which I can get new from rock auto for $85.00, or 06 silverado dual fans, which are a bit more expensive. What to do? Which is better,or easier to hook up? Or is there a better way to go. I'm all ears.My swap is a 1990 gmc 1500 with a new stock size rad. I have a nelson harness, but no fan harness which I think I'll need to get from them. Any help,as always is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I did a Efan swap off a 06 silverado with np harness , it was simple and easy to install with oem look .u can also use ls1 camaro fans
Thanks, looks like the 06 silvy fans are the way to go for ease of installation. I'll check out the ls1 camaro fans from rock auto also, any specific year on those fans? Thanks.
Find some from 05+ but keep in mind you will need the 34" radiator to go along with those fans not sure what yours is? ... And the ls1 fans u won't need the radiator, they will fit the 28" perfect
I believe I have the 28" radiator so what I think you said was I should get the camaro ls1 fans? If so what year ls1 camaro fans should I get? Sorry for my misunderstanding.

I am running the 99-02' 5.7 f body fans in my swap, and I couldn't be happier. I bought mine off Craigslist for $50.00, if you look around they can be had for a reasonable price.
i found mine of an f body for 20 bucks at a salvage yard the nelson harness is the way to go from what ive heard
1999 chevy silverado Z-71- 5.3, CAI intake, catback, nelson tuned, lpp lt's, vette servo, e-fans.
