    4L80 problems

I just switched to the 80e. It didn't want to shift from 1st to 2nd on a down shift from a roll. Just keeps hitting rev limiter. Shifted out fine from a dig. Now don't hardly want to shift into 2nd at all. It's like it had a really lazy 1-2 shift now at part throttle. Won't shift into 2nd at all at wot. Help please!!!!

That sucks. I'm curious who he used since my cousins shop (MadTunes Racing) is one of the only ones in his area and he does really good work.

No, I'm going to stop by there and let him look at it tho. I'm in huntsville Alabama right now. Lane Culver is who done all the work. And I really don't understand, cause he has built and tuned some bad ass rides. I have carried it back a couple of times. He never bitched about having to work on it, but hasn't gotten it right either. I don't have several vehicles to drive up here. There fore it's hard to drop it off for weeks at a time and get it back and it not be right. Even told him, " I just want it to be right".

Jason done my first tune and I was happy. Happy enough I sent my grandpaw to him after he cut his verters off. He was tickled. I as supposed to be going home this weekend, thinking about seeing what he can do with it. And DO NOT EVER buy a PTC converter!!!! I have an $1,100.00 peice of shit. I wish I had of just bought a yank like I started to.

Just a quick update. I talked to Jason (@ mad tunes) he said as long as he had everything pinned right and it wasn't anything mechanical wrong he can fix pretty easy. I need to get hp tuners for my self!

Did he do a segment swap in your tune? If not then there's your problem.
