    Pat G custom Cam

I ditch my turbo set up and went back to N/A...pulled the ls1 went through it and did a complete rebuild...new pistons, rings, bearings, seals, cam, all arp bolts etc. For the cam i decided to go to pat g. Some of you guys on here bad mouth his work and say he just specs ots cams and this and that bla bla bla. Now iv had over half a dozen cams in my truck and installed and tuned just as many cams in other trucks/cars....all of them being off the shelf cams. Iv never had the truck on a dyno since the new set up so most of what im basing my opinion on is purely by the seat of the pants feel and actual driveability. The cam that pay g specd for by is BY FAR the best cam iv ever used. The power seems to come in almost instantly down low in the rpm range (2600-2800 rpm) and it pulls like a jet all the way up to the shift points which are set at 6700 rpm. The cam was easy to tune, has excellent driveabilty and has a wicked idle sound. I am extremely pleased, thanks again and keep up the good work mr G!

I'm a big fan of mine. Really needs gears to compliment it, but this big stall works fairly well.
