O3 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE

I recently bought a Gmc Sierra 1500 sle, it is a 4.8 V8 with the only mod being a cold air intake. I'm wanting to figure out a good setup for this truck. Im good with exterior and interior upgrades, but not sure on performance so if anybody could give me some ideas please throw them out there. Thanks
