C2 at PCM Pin50 VSS Out

So in my swap I'm keeping the 6L and 4l80 out of the donor. That being the case where would the Drk grn/wht VSS out wire go to? Also there was four wires at the trans that came out which came from the C2 under the block connection what where they for? The schematic I have shows it going to an alternate fuel ECM
