Which is correct? Wideband or 02s

My wideband is reading 19:1 AFR at idle and the word lean at WOT. However, fuel trims at idle are between -2 and -4 meaning it is taking away fuel and WOT 02 sensors are reading 890 mv. Shouldn't there be a drastic power loss if wideband reads lean? Truck idles fine and drives great but the wideband had never acted like this before. Anyone know who sells just the sensor for PLX?

No recalibration. Is it possible for sensor to mess up if wideband is left on for a long time without engine running.

I was a bad sensor. Tried a different wideband and it was actually running rich. 11.9 at WOT NA, and 14.5 idle.
