Had mine for a couple years, for some reason it wouldn't power up, bought some new cables, still nothing.
Followed their online instructions on sending them my equipment and card info, only $45 regardless of what's wrong to repair it.
Send it off, got it back in two weeks.
Didn't have to call, didn't have to pay either! NO charge.
Receipt said One time free repair.

Damn that was easy.

Damn good radar as well.
