A turbo set up would be sweet on that rig! Should have plenty of room to fab one up. Plus you can run a turbo on that motor with conservative boost numbers and it will still be very streetable

I'd just get someone to spec you a cam for your goals. Those times your looking for definitely aren't impossible. But your right about needing heads for those numbers

If your looking to go turbo I would just go with a 01 up lq4 they are lower compression than the lq9 so it would be perfect for a turbo build.
