If I happen to get a new transmission by the 23rd ill be there on 150 shot, but I don't think ill make it this year :(
I like it... Don't ever plan on being that fast, but if you ever figure out how to make that thing hook, Please share...
Got a number?
I usually drop into 3rd gear, if It's going to be a planned wot run.
I think I'll be safer with the 80..
I'm sure it's the trans. Guess its time for the 80e, pb just don't build them as good anymore. 2nd one and both were 3-4 clutches
I had the same problem with my 06 2500 hd, but mine was reaching temps of 250 or better. Trans would wine more then normal and then one day it fixed it self.
Wondering what y'all think.. 3-4 clutch pack or converter not holding?

You got high 200's at the flywheel.. Truck does run good for only being at 235rwhp.
That sounds about right to me. 2nd or 3rd gear pull?
I've got some. Pm me with a price and will seal a deal
I run a 31.5 tire with 4:30's, turn about 2400rpms at 70mph
Congrats... I'd like to borrow your 60' times lol
Still up.. Here's a little vid

Yes the 241 will work on the 5.3, but I'd go with 2.5 5.3 or the stock ls3 heads with l92 truck intake for the 6.0
My setup.
04 chevy ecsb,LQ4,stock 243's milled .042,custom grind 228/233 .595/.578 113+4,90mm Tbss/Nnbs Intake,Pacesetter lt's,Dual 3" with Cutouts,Magnaflow,42#inj,Homemade cai,underdrive...
17-18mpg @ 70mph, 4:30 gears and 31" tall tires. I'd get the 6.2L truck topend and call it good.
It's not that hard I run a ecsb. Runs 12.6 on motor and high 11's on spray. Nothing really special about it either.
You can also unbolt the top part of the radiator support.
What kinda times you looking to run or hp numbers?
