Increasing fuel flow will not increase HP unless the engine is needing more fuel. All that will do is make it run rich. If your engine is stock then the stock injectors are plenty big enough.

For a turbocharged 5.3 everyday street truck with Gen4 rods---If you had either the 4.8 or 5.3 piston sitting on the work bench---Which ones would you use? The build will probably be around 700 HP.

Jeff
Yes,
PM me your name and e-mail address and I will send the info.
Jeff

The Gen3 engine uses a 24x crankshaft reluctor and uses a Black CKP sensor. The Gen4 engine uses a 58x crankshaft reluctor and uses a Gray CKP sensor. The 58x engine which uses an ECM (Engine...
Wouldn't the 2007 have a 24x crank reluctor and the 2008 have a 58x crank reluctor?
Jeff
Properly tuned---You will get better gas mileage and make more power. Even when your foot is not to the floor your truck will pull itself better and respond better.
Jeff
PM me your name and e-mail address and I will send you some info.
Jeff
You don't need to run two PCMs. You can use your 97 harness with a bit of reworking and the addition of 10 wires -- Or, I'm sure Nelson Performance (The owner of this forum) can supply you with a...
