turbos are not too small... maybe at 12-15psi they would be inefficient. not planning on going over 7psi.
Also an intercooler isnt even required so how can this one be too small?

you guys are over estimating my desired results i think... I plan on running low boost and im not looking for some crazy HP numbers.. thanks for all the info though!!!

yeah i have driven it about 4 times... prolly put 50 miles on it...had a few problems but worked them out i think...
had a bad ground for my interior stuff and gauges.... that little ribbon ground...

upon inspecting my wiring harness i found 2 things... first is the need for better ground locations.. and also I found out that i had my 02 sensors crossed.. I had the bank 1 sensor on the pass side...
ok so I took my ECM out and took it back to the shop where I bought it. HE took it out of my hand and hooked it up to his truck... ran like a top.. had him hook up to it just to make sure.... all...
sadly no i am not... still chasing a misfire... but like kewljay said... even when i am "finished" I will just start researching my next mod...
just a thought... do i need to perform a crank relearn? I bought the ECM from the same company as the engine but they werent from the same vehicle... He said he put a base tune in it but i dont see...
Good signal to both injectors and 150ish compression on both cylinders... I'm lost at this point I have ran out of tests...
i sure hope so... Im ready to drive this thing... not take it back apart haha.
checked for spark all is good on both cylinders... I am getting a noid light tomorrow on my way home from work and Ill let you know..
side note... The 02s im using are from my old engine.... I wonder if that is an issue....
I checked for spark a while ago but it was with other plugs.. I will check that in a second... I havent picked up a noid light yet but I will grab one tomorrow.... I hooked a cheap code reader to it...
getting close to the end of my rope.... Still no combustion on cylinders 4 and 7. I have checked all of my pins.. moved and cleaned both of the injectors and both of the coils... still nothing in...

hadnt thought about that.... makes sense seeing that this engine has probably been sitting for a year almost..

thanks for the suggestion but that would be super far fetched considering the fact that my 5.3 doesnt have a distributor... I guess I should have cleared that up... issues are with the 2002 5.3L LS...
