Nice run man!
Nice run! Congrats on getting into the 6's, wish my truck was that fast.
I rebuild transmissions under warranty at a GM dealer, whenever I do them we do an estimate on cost to repair vs. replace and go from there. I usually get an overhaul kit and replace all seals,...
Nice pull, that gets up and goes pretty good!
Man that looks like fun! I'd really like to come down in the next couple years. Just checked mapquest and it'd be 2000 mile hike from here! It'd be worth the drive though.
Nice vid! Yeah my truck is liking the cooler weather too. Going down to 37 tonight!
Wow, great looking truck! If I ever get a new truck it'll have the 6.2 under the hood for sure. Just wish you could get it from the factory in a RCSB 2wd!
Welcome to the forums, that's an awesome truck you bought!
I like to cook, I also fish and hunt so I eat a lot of fish, venison and moose meat. Moose is my favourite, just like beef but tastes twice as good with no game taste at all! Also love making...
Definitely one of my favourite trucks on the forum, if I was richer and closer I'd buy it in a second!
Damn that sounds awesome, that'll be a fun ride! what's the specs on your cam?
Nice! Have fun with the new toy! :thumb:
Ah man that sucks! Let us know what you find when you dig into it.
Wow that worked out good. I sold my old 4.3 with 247000km on it to my snap on dealer for 200 bucks, he was gonna throw it in his boat.
Wow that's a good looking engine and truck! That's gonna be nasty!
I've fixed a few of them by changing the fluid rings on the oil pumps, there's a TSB on it. Everyone I've tried has fixed them. This was a 2-3 shift flare though, it'd rev up a couple hundred RPM...
Been looking for a T56 but not in a rush, the NV3500 is holding up good so far, only has about 3000km on the swap.
Great looking truck! Nice work.
Nice! That intake looks awesome!
So sorry to hear that buddy, can't imagine what that would be like.
LOL! Now that's funny!
That's awesome! Never been a fan of the full billets or rollpans either, that's the only thing I'd change if it was mine. But either way still looks awesome!
That'll be a fun project indeed, keep us up to speed with updates how everything is going, looking forward to this swap!
I have a 220/224 575/575 on a 112lsa in my 5.7, it sounds awesome and has great power all the way through. It's a manual trans though so not sure if you'd need a stall or not. I'm sure someone has...
That's a sharp looking truck, congrats on the new ride!
