I would think that you have a bad regulator than. It should regulate it to about 60 psi.
How is your fuel system set up?
Are you using a fuel pressure regulator?

On my 87 half ton i made 1/2" spacers to go under engine mount on frame side to clear the cross member.

You are using the wrong save tab. You need to be using the "Save Data As" tab, it is about 10 tabs to the right of the save configuration tab.
