Will the new LED tail lights from a 2016 Silverado fit my 2014? If so, are they just plug and play?

My truck just hit 6,000 miles with 9% oil life left. I've never had any of those tested and always 87 octane unleaded.

I think I will probably go with SS nuts, bolts, and washers. Rivets sound like a PITA.

Last question I promise. What size rivets do I need if I decide not to use bolts? 1/4 inch?

Is there a certain way to remove the rivets other than drilling them out?

George C, I ordered the parts I needed, but I was looking at the parts diagram, and there is a rivet shown. Where does that rivet go? It's # 9 and have it listed as an end cap rivet.
