I have USA standard 4:56 from rons and they do make some noise at certain mph. Beat the crap out of my truck and no issues even though I don't make any power haha.

cam and stall! no doubt
Guess I should have mentioned that, it is a rcsb 2wd one piece driveshaft.
Well this points me towards a bent housing. I just don't know what I would have done to bend it. Guess its time to find a 14bolt or dana 60. Wish I would have kept the 60 I had out of my Ford. ...
Truck is on 2in shackles only. Angles are near equal but opposite. I might try dropping the trans some though.
No, no hoop yet. Planning on building one though. I don't drive the truck much but, would still like to not see it go up in flames.
Well guys I need some help.
Here is the whole back story.
A few years back when I grenaded my 4l60e I went ahead and replaced my u-joints at the advice of my father even though the stock ones...
Depending on tire size I would just stay with the 3.73s that you already have.
It's best to try to keep everything grounded to one point. Some car audio enthusiast go as far as running a ground wire straight from the battery to amps, iirc tests have shown better efficiency. ...
Not sure where I would find a box that large? Shipping should only be $30-40
I have one, but I am in Indiana.....it came out of a 1999 rcsb 1500
4.56
Start by putting some grease on the splines of the yoke in the trans see if it helps any.
I learned the hard way. I believe you either remove all of the tm or none of it. I removed just partial tm and broke the sunshell in the trans 6 weeks later. Now I have no tm and its great.
Should have spent the extra cash on the audioque amp. Lift the seat if you have to, the greater airspace will help. Big 3 upgrade and a better battery are my only suggestions. Sounds like a good...
Thanks for all my 10bolt stuff...It came really fast. I should have asked for some shirts and stickers lol...opps
Yea, we have a take a part here, but they never have any nbs trucks.
Junk yard wants $160 for a stock one around here.
Looking for a stock or aftermarket front sway bar for a 2wd nbs silverado thanks.
I had a problem with my u-joints binding you might check that.
Looked it up Belltech part number 4302.
I believe Quik on here has trimmed springs you could ask him to be forsure on the process.
The spring rate can change. So just no torches. Use a cut off wheel or sawsall and take it slow and go back and forth from spring to spring.
What I have read it is a slow process. I would start with a 1/4 or 1/2 of a coil then check and cut more if needed. Just gotta keep them cool while you cut.
You could probably get away with cutting them which is what I'm planning to do for my 1/2 drop. You could also get a 2inch drop coil with a 1inch spacer. The other option is those sexy coilovers...
