So I got pissed and disassembled the whole pump assembley. Found it..... I did not know they have a internal filter... And here is what I found......

Bout to burn it down haha. Still baffling to have the oem become weak overnight and a weak new pump. Stranger things have happened tho

Fml. Never mind. Battery was dead in tester. New battery's and holds 13.2 constant

And prime is consistant At 2.75. Tried a few diff places to ground. All of which was sanded and nice and clean.

Update. Testing the voltage at idle it's jumping from 2-18 and everywhere in between..

Checked the sock filter. Looked new. But swapped another in. So rules that out. Will check the voltage to see what is comes out. Just baffling why literally drive it home one night it's fine. Next...

What's the voltage supposed to be at the pump? There are two grounds, one on the back of the block also a direct ground that grounds to the frame next to the bed mount...And am mistaken or is there...

Double checked all that

As stated...It did it with an oem pump and a new walbro 255..

Only at wot or close to it. Other wise completely normal. Swapped relay around with another truck. Connections are clean and good.
