I used a Painless 4.8 and 5.3 harness on my install in my 1947 International.
It is the best harness I have ever used. It took me two hours and I was finished!

I have a set of 2002 4.8 1/2 ton shocks with about 40k on them I just pulled about a year ago. They are in good shape. Let me find them.

Lokar does not make the bracket. I got mine from S&P. It is a small l bracket you tack weld to the throttle body cam and hook the Lokar 700 kickdown too.
