I ordered a shift kit 3 weeks ago using the website. Told em exactly what I wanted and put in my CC number and submitted it.
A week went by and nothing. I check my order status and it says "Order on hold." I made sure it wasn't my credit card (was maxed out)
I e-mailed em the beginning of last week and no reply. I called em at the end of last week and the lady I talked to said Chad was making sure I got the correct shift kit.
I checked my order status yesterday and still "on hold" so I e-mailed them again yesterday afternoon. I check my e-mail this afternoon and no reply...again![]()
What's the deal?
Anyone else have bad experiences with this company? If all else fails I'll just cancel the order and buy it from someone else. Sheesh, what ever happend to customer service?![]()
