My first time took about 5 hours. The last time I did it took under 1.5. I can have the manifolds off, the headers on and not bolted to the existing exhaust in less than an hour. But then again, I've done like 7 sets haha.

Well I love the way she runs and sounds. I am nit sure what to do about the egr BS tho.... it ended up taking about 5 hours including 2 trips to homedepot/autozone and setup/cleanup. I had help from my brother in law for about 2 hours which helped a lot and darnie for about an hour. These Cal speeds are badazz for sure. I love them.

so what are you supposed to do with the egr stuff?

I don't mean to thread jack here, but looking to get some cal speeds of my own here pretty soon. I know they sell those egr caps for the side of the intake. What else do you need?
