My idea of what to do with $175 for my truck.

I got a quick $175 that I want to throw in my truck. Tune, Engine, trans, rear end are already done along with a few other things. How does this sound: have Allen tweak some things with my current tune and then send me an extra for the track. Nothing wrong with my current tune, just want the idle a little lower. Would it make any sense to have one tune for each situation? Track ECU would be tuned for 28" tires, firmer shifts, e85, eventually N2O.
Leftovers after shipping would be used for a manual cutout that I can change to electric later on.
Please tell me if this would even be worth it or what you would do with a quick lil bit of cash.

On my 5.3 I had 3 tunes, a nitrous all out tune, a motor all out tune, and a cruising tune idle set at 750 so the truck would just rock at red lights I have hpt though so it was just a 30 second swap for me.

Its got a 2/4 on it already and I don't think I want to go shorter just yet. I still have to notch so I won't bottom out. Got the kit, just need to put it in.

That would be the smart thing to do so I prob won't be doing that.

If I had and knew how to use HPT, I would. I'll have to see if Allen would be able to do the dual tune for me. My next self improvement project will be learning how to tune.

Get it detailed before a long weekend, and cruise. Stop working on it, enjoy it.

I did think about doing that. Only thing that kept me from it is the fact that I never have set seekends off. 6-3 schedule and one of the 3 days is usually a training day so it turns out to be a 7-2. Another thing is that I actually like detailing my truck. Oddly enough it relaxes me to spend 6-8 hrs alone rubbing her down and shining her up. I think I'm gonna get two tunes then save the rest for gas money.

They're gutted now. Did it when I had it apart.
