    Best way to contact Nelson?

So, with my tuner being clueless on what to tune anymore, I'm going get a Nelson tune as soon as I get my tax refund, I've heard thats its usually luck to get in touch with him, and I need the tune ASAP because fuel is just getting wasted like this.. So what's the best way to get in touch with an employee to order a tune? Oh and its not right now that I can pay it, just when I get to it, that I can get it ordered immediately..

    Thanks..

Go to their website and they have a tuning form with the information they need to do the tune.

Like they said if using phone, just call once and be sure to leave a message.

Look at the tune form on his site. That will tell you what info he needs.
I should have refreshed before I typed that.

I do prefer if you send the form in through your Hogwarts issued owl but if you are unable to do that, you can just PM with your telephone number when you're ready to order and i will typically be able to get your tune started for you the same day

    thanks.
