    Real Estate Anyone?

Been thinking about getting into this for a while now. Ive sold everything from aluminum siding, ink toner and cars. I think i would do well in the real estate field. I would like do start off in sales to generate some cash flow and gain some experience then get into investment. Rental properties, flips, rehabbing etc. I live in southern California, which is a pretty good market. Just wanted you guys thoughts on this or anyone who is in the real estate field...agents, brokers, investors, lenders etc...your input would be greatly appreciated.

Now is a great time to invest, but not such a good time to be on the sales end of things. Although if you can learn to do it well now, then you will be really successful when the economy kicks back up and it gets to be easier. I really want to buy condos in my area, because they are so easy to rent out and so cheap to buy. The economy is allowing for some unusual opportunities for some people.

Within the next year we're gonna see something that makes 2008/2009 look like a blip on the radar. Europe is going to crash, HARD. And the United States will not be far behind. Save what you can now, fill your socks with cash now. Invest then.
