    How Fast will it be?

    08' rcsb 6.0 ly6
    full bolt ons
    long tubes no cats 3 inch magnaflow
    3200 stall
    servo
    ported tb
    4.56 gears tru trac going in this weekend
    custom grind cam coming in next month

    reason i ask im gettin spanked rite now by a 13.8 mustang lol by a car lenght....i know its the gears 3.23s but that will be solved this weekend then ill have vengeance on there ass.



    im hoping for a low 12 sec truck

    Don't count on the gears alone to smoke the Mustang. It's not unusual to actually run slower after installing low gears due to traction problems. If you can put it all to the ground, then the gears should help.

    you have had more motor combos in that truck then i have in my 02

    damn man you should be way faster then a 13.8. get a set of 28'' slicks or drag radials and those gears and that rustain shouldnt be a problem.

    yea ill get em and ill get vid too! quik ive only swapped motor once lol,but i have experimented with 2 cams/n2o/magnacharger lol on the 4.8....now swapped to 6oh doing it rite the first time with a custom grind!

    If you're not already in the mid 13s you're not getting to a 12 with just gears and a cam and even then you won't see low 12s unless you spray it.

    I've seen a RCSB 5.3 with H/C stall and gears run 12.40s NA but you said you already can't run with high 13 second stangs so I was just talking about what YOU would gain. I'm not sure what is going on with your truck but my bolt ons SSS is in the high 13 second range on the stock wheels...you should already be in the low 13s. Those wheels are holding you back major IMO.
