i was going to just start building up my 4.8 and see how far i could go, but the more i think about it im leaning to more of the choice of just buying a bigger motor. i was thinking of going with the mast motorsports l92 ti 6.2 with 450 hp or there ly6 ho 6.0 which has 460 hp. both are turn key crate motors and both are about 9,300 bucks. what you guys think. just keep the 4.8 and see how good i can build it or just dump it and go for something else?

I'm not familiar with Mast but I am firmly in the "more cubes = better" camp. Not sure what your looking for but you could get a forged 408 for close to that price.
