    Good Cam for a 5.3L

    Thunder Racing TR224 cam - Full specs are 224/224 .563/.563 on 112 lsa

    Anyone run this cam?

    There's one for sale locally that I could pick up if its gonna be a good fit

    with that low of an lsa youre gonna have to get a verter for it.

    is it a dd?

    also springs and rods...and a tune for it, but you probably already know that

    seems like good specs to me though, not too big, not too small

    Thats sounds about what I am planning. Yes it is a dd. What stall would you guys run?

    I would say for sure nothing under 3000, most guys get the 3200 or 3600.

    Remember, that LSA might be a little too narrow for forced induction.
