    College Station?

So, tell me, besides the two movie theaters and the one mall, what else is there to do in Collage Station for 8-10 hours?
We go there once a week or more for surgery on our dog. (yeah, he's a great dog!)
We are usually there from 8:00 am till 4 or 6.
Movies only last 2 hours and don't start till 11:00 and I think I know every store in that mall and every employee.
Hell, even the folks at the I-Hop know us so well they say "the usual?" when we walk in.
Maybe we'll just rent us an apartment...........We've even checked into a few motels just to sleep all day.

    Any suggestions?
How about a good shade tree to take a nap under?
If pro is opposite of con, then what is the opposite of progress?

Plenty of shade trees on campus to sit under and watch some fine looking coeds stroll by all day. Drink beer and play 42 at the Dixie Chicken all day.

Or if family friendly is what your after there is the Bush Library, several golf courses, touring A&M campus. You would love A&M baseball games but the season is over with for the year. Take a drive to Lake Sommerville for a little fishing or relaxation. Any of these appeal to you? If not I got more. I was a fan of the first two when it came to killing time when I was there
