    tired of losing to my bros lightning

    i am sick and tired of always going to meets and cruses with my bro and him always kicken my ass in his lightning. granted he has built his pretty nice and mine only has a few bolt on's. but still im sick of losing. guess ill just have to start dropping some real bucks in my truck to start making a difference.

    Start with a tune (recommend Nelson tune) and go from there. What bolt-on's do you have currently?

    07 Z71 4x4, 6.0L, 3.73s, Turbonetics T76 @ 10 psi, 75 shot, Snow meth kit, PLX DM-100 wideband gauge, Nelson tune, Comp 212/216 .557/.561 114 lsa, 60# injectors, Yank 3000, 4L80E , Magnaflow - dumped, e-cutout

    i only have k&n cool air intake, full 3.5 inch exhaust, bottom pulley and shorty headers ( currently looking for long tubes cause the ones i got suck).

    my brother has custom intake with full ported and polished blower, smaller top and bigger bottom pulley. long tubes with true duel exhaust. full tune. jasper tranny with newly built rear end. ported and polished heads. hes running around 17 to 18 pounds of boost right now. and hes about to pull his motor to get full bottom end rebuild.

    Sounds slow...and like i said in the other post he would get owned by a few of us here in Dallas

    Cam, Stall, 4.10s and 150 n2o would be the fastest and cheapest way to take him down a notch.
    Id vote for a turbo if you could afford it though.

    haha i know its not the fastest its just faster then me hahah. im probably going to get alot of crap for this but im strongly against spray. i would never use it.
