Should I hold out for a 5.3? or just get the 4.8 now and swap in a built lq4 later? :-)

Truck i found is 06 Silverado LT 80k miles $9,500 2wd, decent deal?

Oh yeah? Can I use ls1edit or hp tuners on all of these motors? 4.8/5.3/6.0?

After I get a truck, ill do bolt ons, bigger stall, tune, then start shopping for a 6.0 block

4.8...eh, like Alton said--get the price down $1500 and maybe. Is it a RCSB? And a 4.8L in an LT? Hmmm...

LS1 Edit, HPT, and EFI Live are all tuning softwares available for our trucks.
