My Dallas Cowboys Rant (Sorry)

So what needs to be fixed?
Start with the coaches
I think one of the reasons why there are SO many problems is the coach. We can admit the team has ALOT of stars on it. We need a coach that will treat the players like a football player and not like a celebrity(i.e. the way Parcels did). I would love to see JJ can Wade Phillips and try and bring in Bill Cower(I believe he has in the past but wasn't succesful). Im sure coaches would be interested in coming to Dallas because the team is ready for a title run, all the players are in place. Jason Garrett. Great Coach, but he seemed really really conservative. Hey why not can him and bring in Troy Aikman as the O Coridnator?(Haha I wish but I bet troy could do the job). We also need a new Oline coach.
On to the players
Gotta go: Adam(Pacman) Jones, Tank Johnson.
I do not know if I'm a believer in Tony Romo anymore! Sometimes he needs to learn to take the sack unstead of trying to be a hero and wiggle out of the way then just chunk up a hail marry for a interception! I love T.O. and when he is getting the ball he is the best in the game no doubt. So why not get him involved earlier in the games!? If they double team him that opens up Witten and Roy Williams(R). Roy Williams is going to get better. He only had what? (6 weeks to learn the offense?) Thats impossible no matter how good you are!. Play Barber more. Why Not? Hes a beast and not a go down easy running back. Plus he is bigger than all the other running back and can pass protect. Flozell Adams, just ****ing retire please! He shouldnt even be going to the probowl. He is because of his name. As far as the other players they are in place. I dont think the Oline is bad, I think they are a little out of shape and they need better coaching.
On to the Owner.
Jerry Jones. YOUR THE OWNER SO BE THE OWNER! Not the Owner/General manager/whatever other title he is! Hire someone to do the job and let them focus on that. He has way to many other things to do such as worry about the new stadium ect! Or sell the team.

I knew I would say this one day.
I miss Jimmy Johnson and Bill Parcels!

yea...hate to say it but 1 game and out for the boys this year...need a new c back for shure...romo cant handle pressure period!!! hot this game and cold the next...jezzzz!!!!never know whick on is gonna show up at the game...

How do you know when you are following a bus load of Cowboy players ? It never gets off the white line . JK .

Parcels didn't get results here. His December record and playoff record was just as bad as the last 3 before and the next one after. His coaching days were over before he came here. He makes a good GM though....and that's what the Cowboys need.

I don't 100% agree with that. Look what Parcels did with the guys he had. He didn't have the outrageous number of superstars that the boys have now. The team was disciplined alot better back then.

jerry needs to ask for resignations, (sp) romo's and wade phillips, < hes to damn soft, romo well i dont think hes the answer as for dallas's future QB, they have the stars, know doubt, but not the chemistry to be #1, as for bill cowher hes probably going to cleveland, you'll never see him in dallas, hes to much of a real coach for jerry jones!! just like jimmy johnson was, remember as long as jj keeps his nose in the teams building, and who does what, dallas will only be a half azz contender !!!

on a side note theres 2 teams in texas and one named TEXANS!!!!!! give them 2 or 3 damn good defensive draft picks and they'll see the super bowl before dallas ever does again

IMO we should sign matt castle and make romo our good back up....wade philips just isnt vocal enough imo to keep a team under control....Flozel adams my only complaint is he had like 357 false starts this year..gimme a break..dallas does have the talent they just have not figured out how to utilize them all yet...
