    6.2l Updates

Got the motor all bolted up today. A little tired, but it was all worth it. So far I put all the mods I had on my 4.8 on ( x1 cam, longtubes, 36lb injectors, bolt ons, true duals, ya ya ya...) No oil leaks or water leaks. Drove it down the street and feels pretty great, still a couple of kinks I have to work out. I will get video and dyno numbers soon

I got the short block for a killer deal. ($650) And the block, rod bearings, main bears and cam bearings were perfect. The total swap cost me around $1500. But I got some really good deals and had a few parts.

motor started up pretty good and had great oil pressure...gotta get that exhaust all buttoned up so we can work out the tune a little more then we can take it up to Dallas Performance and strap it down and see how it does

need to get some new tires on it lol and when you do the rear end go to some 3.42 or 3.73's....just stay out of it till you get that exhaust fixed and i can get the scanner on it to make sure the stft's get closer to each other

Hopefully we can get them pretty close. I might go 3.73's. I was also looking online at some widebands.

just remember when it comes to WB's the cheaper you go the worse off you are, you will spend 300ish for a good accurate one....i think 3.73's would be great for your truck even after you get a front mount on it
