youll need better valve springs, and pushrods with them. And arent really worth the trouble unless you have a low lift cam. IMO.
Eh, with the correct supporting mods, they are worth it. They give the cam a little more lift/duration--which gives more power. And I don't think I have to explain myself when I say..."gives more power..."

Last time I asked this question, it was shot down with '' just get a higher lift cam'' and '' its not worth it'' and '' makes too much noise''![]()
