    I just lost a friend

    Forgive me if this is in the wrong spot, or shouldnt be posted at all.. if the latter is true, please remove the thread\post entirely ok.. but,
    I just found out today that a good friend of mine passed away this past weekend in Florida. Apparently, it was in a motorcycle accident.

    Vincent James Esposito


    Vincent James "Vince" Esposito, age 41, a resident of Chicago, IL, passed away Friday, Oct. 3, 2008. He was born Oct. 7, 1966 in Chicago. Dearly beloved son of James Vincent, Jr. and Joanne (nee Imburgia) Esposito of Naperville, IL; beloved brother of Michael
    Esposito of Chicago, James (Lisa) Esposito of Itasca, IL and Marie Esposito of Naperville, IL; adored uncle of Michaela and
    Dominic Esposito; cherished grandson of Jenny and the late James Vincent Esposito, Sr. and the late Dominic and Marie
    Imburgia; loving nephew of Anthony Imburgia, Chuck (the late Pat) Imburgia, Dominic (Joyce) Imburgia, Richard (Mary) Esposito and Ronald (Pat) Esposito, fond cousin and friend of many. Vince was a member of the class of 1984 at Fenwick High School, Oak Park, IL and was a graduate of Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, where he was a member of Theta Chi fraternity. He had served as a police officer with the Chicago Police Department since 1991 and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. Vince enjoyed motorcycles, cars and traveling. He was a member of Southern Cruisers Motorcycle Riding Club and was a 3rd Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to: Free Spirit Siberian Rescue, Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or PAWS Chicago.

    Sorry to hear about that man...I know what its like. I lost two good buddies in a car crash just over a week ago...

    Thoughts and prayers, it always hits close to home went I hear of a lost due to a bike wreck.

    Sorry to hear that. I have a friend who is paralyzed from the chest up from a motorcycle accident, I know not the same but nonetheless I can sympathize.

    Everyone has a photographic memory, some just don't have film!
