do you sale just the front "2 front drop springs? or do i have to buy a whole kit? if so can i get a price on just the springs, and what brand springs do you carry?
we carry brands like Belltech, Hotchkis, Ground Force and a few more... We do sell 2" springs but they are vehicle specific, email me with your make, model and year and I can give you prices on all of the above... Sel S&S :thumb:
damn if i hadnt just pieced together my kit off ebay i woulda bought my stuff from(you) a board sponsor here, plus i wasnt aware you sold lifts/drops.
Ebay is the DEVIL! I cant count how many customers have mentioned stuff about shotty parts from ebay... You have to be careful. Trust your local S&S dealer for ALL of your part needs, you wont be sorry! :thumb:

lol, spindles and new shocks..cant really have a defective spindle(i hear) and the shocks are new. but i hear ya on the being careful on there...all the parts i bought, prices shot up right after i bought mine, spindles went for what they go for new now, and the shocks too.
your spindles could break. they could be defective. i've heard of it happening before with chassis tech stuff. i don't know what brand yours are though.
Where is your shop located? 909 area code? Is that Ontario, CA?
Two things... Yes, spindles if not molded or heat treated right can, and will bend/break. Ive seen it with my own eyes. Our shop is located in Hemet, Ca. Small town but lots of motorheads, with trucks like the rest of you guys... :thumb:

i was woundering if you sold just lowering hangers? i already have the shackles, how are the hangers if you do sell the separate?
I do have the hangers made by Belltech that come separate. They are 2.75 inch drop hangers and are VERY easy to install. They work great but I do not recomemd them for 20' or bigger wheels. (they scrape real hard, I know first hand) Email me with your specifics and I'll give you a price, you wont be sorry about buying them from me... S&S :thumb:
do you have lowering blocks? I put a 4" drop on the rear, and it only came down like 3"
I have blocks, but if your axle isn't flipped on top of your leaf springs, they wont work as a drop... :whack:
I dont think it is, its a stock setup with shackles and hangars only.
Guess I"ll take out those helper springs and let it come down.

Yea, the Flex-a-lite 282s.
Umm...about specificity, I have a 2001 GMC Sierra with a 4.8.
It's the stock radiator....I think it's 34"x17" but am not sure...
Maybe I'm thinkin of the Flex-a-lite 295

Usually word of mouth can make or break a company, so why is Chassis Tech still around? I only know of 1 person that thinks they sell a great product.
i know one person too, but he's wondering why his drop is off.
I've seen their spindles broken in half... Why not spend the extra $ for Hotchkis or Belltech? :nutz:

Either dumb dumbs keep buying their junk... Or they've got side gigs because there is NO way they could afford to whore up magazines and make so many products and put them in that big box they call a warehouse... boggles my mind. Everyone I've talked with for the past 7 years that has seen/used/heard of their stuff thinks its junk. :thumbdown:
