Sorry to hear about that! It's hard to coordinate all that at once. It doens't help when the vendor doesn't do it's job.
That truck is going to be really nice when it's done.
Ross
Damn....I would definately be :bash: somebody at magna right about now. It would be worth the drive to get some satisfaction. Sorry to here that man. Well hopefully the more you wait the better it'll feel when you slam down the go pedal the first time. Can't wait to here the report. :thumb:
effin' magnacharger group would be paying for my rental car, gas and install fees it were me. :bash:
went and picked her up this afternoon...just got in and all i can say is the radix is one hell of a daily drivers friend..we got there and went for a tuning session  allen worked his magic once more my friends and all is well... :thumb: im running a 3.1 pulley and it runs nice thru the gears...spins the tires from the 1-2.my average mpg on long trips has been 18.8 driving 70 to 74 mph and i got 21 mpg coming home at 75 mph.allen and johnathan did a fantastic job on the install even with a few hurtles to jump along the way so i cant thank them both enough :hshake: didnt get any dyno pulls as we were kinda running out of time so we will do that another day...thanks again nelson performance :thumb:
Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. Big difference and lots of fun.
Thanks too for your help, encouragement and support in getting me going on this site and at performancetrucks.net. You were the first to respond to me when I first joined these forums with all my questions and your initial help got me going and got my Radix and trans updates done. You made a differnce. Thanks. Jim
hey jim..glad to see you got it all together...just passing good info from one to another :hshake: i wouldnt steer you wrong...allen knows his shit when it comes to these trucks and power :thumb:
Glad to see you are happy after all the aggravation.
Good deal, glad to hear it all worked out for ya... :thumb:

Congratulations!!! How do you like the Radix compared to the STS? Pros and cons. I am saving for one of them, just not sure which one yet. Also does anyone know if STS received their CARB certification for CA yet? I thought that I read some where that they did. :thumb:
yea they did :thumb:
i like both kits...the radix is bad ass down low and mid range where the turbo is bad ass mid range and up top....
man im likin this radix more and more every day...whipped the shit outta a mustang on the road yesterday and it just seems to be getting stronger and stronger...went and did a 60-70' burnout today from a dead stop and very little brake...gonna have to get that on vid for shure :thumb: what a sleeper...the av is a damn good skin for a sleeper...nobody can even tell untill you smoke their ass then its  what happen..these stock tires do good unless i dont want them too  and still get bad ass gas mileage!!!GOTTA KEEP AN EYE ON MY BOY...HE WANTS TO STEAL IT BAD!!! but he still says the sts woudda kicked the radix ass in the long run....think i will gtech it tomorrow and see what it will run
That's awesome! I'd love to hear how it does at the track compared to the older model 5.3L motors.
you'll be amazed what the right cam will do for the top end of that Radix, it doesn't take much either.Quote:
