Engine wont stay running
Im having issues keeping my engine running. It will start up fine but run for maybe 5 to 10 seconds. Im thinking its the injector pulses. I checked the hot side and its getting 12v. I checked between both leads and im getting 5.5v. I also checked the negative lead and positive from the battery and i get 12v. Any thoughts? Could it be a fryed pcm?(vats is tuned out)
Any other possible reasons it wont stay running?
I made a common ground for the harness on the driver side head by the ect sensor and from there grounded to the chassis. Do you think I need more grounds? Could that cause the issue im having?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

check your fuel lines , also how many ground wire on your car ?

Fuel lines have 60 psi. I have one ground from engine to frame and a few directly to the frame and some to the driver side head.

Maf is deleted. Ya MIL is on but i dont have a code reader. Ill see if i can borrow my buddies then post what codes are thrown later tonight.
-
what about the air intake temp sensor?
maf can be somewhat disabled in the tune but not permanently deleted; in order to revert to sd mode.
-
I have the iat hooked up but i dont have the intake tube its in hooked up, cuz i dont want to push boost till i get it running.
-
Just checked and its throwing codes as follows
-P0102-MAF CIRCUIT SIGNAL LOW
-P0200-INJECTOR CIRCUIT PROBLEM
-P1637-GENERATOR L-TERMINAL CURCUIT
MIL no longer present
-checked injector balance-all pulsed and recorded pressure drop(atlesst thats what the scanner told me)
-
that 200 code needs to be fixed.
maf code is from the sd tune, which is ok; and the maf not being present.
if the alternator is charging, delete the code.

I know im not getting enough Voltage to the injectors- drops to 8.5v. I have 2 separate banks one for drivers and one for passenger. I used 14 gauge to feed, Is that too much too little? Any other ideas? Thanks man

After getting another computer flashed and cutting wires and trying this and that, I got my dad to shoot some fuel in the intake for me. He accidently bumped my iat sensor and disconnected the ground wire(they were just marreted on). Thing started and kept running when he stopped shooting fuel. I noticed the sensor was disconnected and tried reconnecting it-engine dies. disconnect it again and it runs perfect. I will figure that out later haha. Unless someone has some input?
