Obs engine and tranny out. Going to order bumpstick,harness,fuel pump,ac relo bracket,etc in a day or two.
I agree 100% about the passthrough. I am ashamed of them. Hurry up so you can load some pics!
a heat gun helps soften it so you can pull the wires loose.
After one or two wires I knew something had to give. I went and got the ole heat gun.Quote:

Been in Vegas this past week. Ordered my cable tb, filled out my tune form for np. It wont be long now. The only thing on my tune form that puzzled me is I dont know how much TM to take out. Im running a 4L80 OUT OF A 03 2500HD.

How did those two blue GM push on fittings feel when you installed them? I quit using those because sometimes they felt like they could be pulled off. Maybe it's a different story when they are pressurized.
Maybe they aren't even the same fittings I was using, the ones I used to use had a white clip on the inside, just seemed cheap to me, but they were name brand stuff.

Those actually arent push on they are threaded on. The part closest to filter is split and threads into fitting. Russel makes em.Quote:

Well i got my pushrods in. Still need cam and springs to come in
Finally got my cam installed. Mounted the engine and tranny in the Blazer last night. The dd adjustable mounts worked perfectly. I was able to use same cross member mounting holes. Event my shift linkage hooked right up to the 80e. Im stoked
