I have a 5.3l Silverado 1500 with a Texas Speed 220r cam, 112 lsa, Dual Springs, and 7.4 Pushrods. Other mods include Pacesetter shorty header's and tuned.
My question is what other mods should i do that will add more performance and reliability?

You could remove the pacesetter shorties and sell them as scrap.
Very helpful. Trying to add to the list not make it smaller
I suggest adding longtubes of some sort after subtracting the shorties. That would actually be beneficial and keep the list equal.
I believe for now i will keep the list equal and try and get suggestions for parts i don't already have. Any suggestions on a good Tc to get and how well the tranny will hold with one? Running a couple coolers might be wise?
You don't have longtubes. Shorties do not equal longtubes. Shorties equal manifolds.
Is that the only suggestion you can make? Obviously I'm not going to get longtubes after just getting shorties right now, so get the over it. Can you please answer my other question and stop being repetitive?
Circle D and a reputable tranny builder. And longtubes.
I will second the longtubes. I have the trailblazer converter from Circle D and love it. Get a tru-cool 40k cooler.
Do u know any company's that manufacture a nice already built automatic street/strip transmission that you recommend?
Soo prolly go with a 4L60 LS HP Series Stage II 278mm 2A Circle D convertor?
I hear GM makes a pretty good 4L80e  a Circle D converter is in my near future as well.
Performabuilt with a circle d 3200 278mm. I have a circle d 3200 in my truck and around town it is barely noticeable. But when you punch it you definetley feel the difference from the stock converter. Best bang for your buck in my opinion as well as longtubes. Not trying to be an A$# but longtubes usually pick up about 15-20rwhp in a useful rpm range where shorties usually do nothing until 5000 rpms up and even then they don't really do anything.
Performabuilt or a GM 4l80e
4l80e stock from a wrecked HD or something, and sell the shorties to someone that doesnt know about LS performance and get some longtubes :thumb:
You want some more parts okay okay.... I know a couple good options. You should jump on a throttle body spacer for sure. Oh and port and polish your throttle body, but don't worry about paying anyone its pretty easy just use your basic rotary tool. Oh and don't forget to match the throttle body spacer too.
 Okay in all seriousness you should get a bigger cam, a stall to match, and longtubes. I would get an 80e IMO or you could get a performabuilt if you want to spend more money on the trans and less on the TC. It's all up to you good luck, but listen to what the boys on here tell you they know their shiz.
IMO
1. get a tune
2. get a converter
3. get gears
4. do a cam swap with a real cam
5. get board with it and sell a kidney on the black market to buy a TT setup, and still not go fast enough
Seems you skipped 2, and 3.
What 1500 do you have? RCSB? ECLB? 4x4 2wd?
Give more info and how much $ do you wanna spend?
OH and long tubes.......
dont listen to these guys take those shorties, and flip those shorties upside down and slap some turbos on them and get you a rossler 80e, and thats all you need and a tune.
I'm going to one up EVERYONE. And just say don't mod your truck.
If you REALLY want to waste a LOT of money, just go forced induction. Seriously don't screw around. You're going to say, oh I want to save money I'll just do a cam and stall now, then nitrous, then remove all the stuff you just installed and go forced induction.
So, don't mod huh. This means you would sell your truck for its value plus the FI setup you have. Too many guys are saying don't mod lately but I guarantee you that these same guys would cry if they had to drive a stock truck. Not really directing this to you David, just was a good spot to put it in. It is just money and you can't take it with you. There is no substitute for enjoying SPEED!!!
However, Ducky is right. Find you an FI setup and get started, never look back. So glad I started out this way so I don't get that regret feeling that the old timers around here feel lol. And by the way, the "list" never ends, I am FI and basically happy with my setup but for some reason I am getting an entire new setup and shopping for parts in other tabs as I type and I just got this setup dialed in right....
Bigger cam, bigger stall, longtubes, built tranny, bigger intake, bigger tb, efans, locker and gears, nitrous, turbo, procharger, supercharger....
Yeah I would probably sell it, if I could get into money back on it sure, but I doubt I would LOL. I drive a honda 80-90% of the time, so driving something slow isn't bothering me too much right now. Yeah I love speed and love going fast, but there are a lot of other things I got going on now that I want to have the money for.
I guess the main point is, don't nickel and dime the truck in the beginning, really save and read up for what you want. Better cost effectiveness at spending a boat load of money haha
Turbo
My crew cab is bone stock with a 4.8  now that bitch is slow, and itll stay that way til the motor falls out.
Long tubes.
tubes that are long
