Everyone has their own take, but here is mine. You never want positive crank case pressure. And the more power you make the more likely you will have a higher risk of blow by and cause positive crank case pressure. (specially FI) An oil "catch can" is not a great idea. It really should be an oil accumulator instead. The can should be plumbed to some vacuum source to make sure you always have Pcv (positive crankcase ventilation) so on forced induction, you either have to run an exhaust scavenging setup, or put it in your air filter or close to turbo inlet. The can just serves as an accumulator. Some just vent crank case to atmosphere, and will work for most. But for big power I'd reccomend some sort of Pcv. Just my .02
