I really know nothing 'bout pre-runners but 14000 seems like a steal for everything done.
I just want to hear Big Papa roll up with 4 L7s banging...LOL, u may need to confiscate those before delivery. Probably could hear those as he went by my OP entrance.
Nice. I was thinking the same thing about it being a pretty good deal. But i dont know much about them either
Ya, it's a great deal. But the market is slim for highly modded stuff like this.
kinda like that with anything thats modded. It usually gets modded to one persons liking or prefrences
I think its a great deal. I'm debating on going ahead and building my crewcab up for that or just buying a complete setup like this.
That is awesome!!!!
Just send those l7s my way
Looks decent, the only problem I have seen with the CST kit is that it needs an engine brace.
Do etttttttttt
How's the build on the black one going?
I'm very jelly of your garage lineup
badass toy
Just re looked at your garage and didnt know you got a black one. How did I miss it? Need some FOX2.5 or 3.0 and a fuel cell out back. The rear weight transfer will be huge.
Nice! Love pre-runners!!
Ya, I just re-did it with some 16x2.5 triple bypass kings on the rear. It will get a cage and linked rear one day. Right now it's my daily driver/ rig runner... Lol
here is the link to the new rear pics.

Much better. I am just finishing up a 4 link setup for an 01 GMC. I also built a 45gal fuel tank that fits under the bed and uses the factory pump. It fits in the frame rails where the spare tire would go. The weight relocation helped so much its unreal.
Here is the truck that I am most proud of building

If you ever are looking for a deal on parts or help on anything let me know.
Every time I see anything about pre-runners, I look outside, see all the hills and fields I could be having fun on, then look at my lowered truck and think "WTF is the matter with me"
I sure wish I had a digital camera to take pics of my 1992 back in 1999 when I had it setup with the Fabtech pre-runner setup! Had the lift spindles, a-arms, coil springs and lifted it a mile in the air. Rear had 4" lift blocks. Truck was powered by a 1993 Corvette LT1 with a factory truck 5 speed. Took all of it off when it was too dangerous to drive on the street because the early version of their spindles were crap and the front tires would literally roll under the truck (outside edge of the tires) during turns.
Looks like a good deal my friend.
That thing is friggin sweet
Thanks for the compliment. It was quite a job.
You wouldnt need something quite as extensive. That cage was built with 2" .120 4130 to comply with SCORE 1450 class rules. Basically it could enter the baja 1000.
It wouldnt win, but it would pass inspection.
so did you get it Mic???
Dude wtf! You drive through my back yard and go to glamis and don't even tell me!!!
badass dude, get some air shots man :thumb:
Big upgrades huh?
I can only imagine...
That's badass. Do I remember you saying you are going to the baja 1000 this year?
i've always liked prerunners, and you've got a couple of real nice ones.
where are the pics at?
not this year, but one day. its on my bucket list.
i will get some up. They are cool trucks. Just not exactly what I want. but Im working on that.... Once I get the new motor and Charger in, along with the suspension and cage to stiffen everything up I will be much happier with it. :)
