almost looks fake lol ..cool
Ya I know, he's story seems legit.. I bet they had to put it under so it didnt kill their azzes!
Wow. That'd be a story to tell. The first pic is awesome. Truly amazing bird.
During morning colors one would always land in a pine tree just to the right of the flag pole, almost every morning in the winter, was freakin epic.
TOO Freakin' cool!!!!!
On mcbcp? What area man? I knew it was possible they are out there cause that place is beautiful fkn country right man... I never liked sunrise and foggy mornings soo much then driving on base and seeing that...
I know where 6 of them nest in our county. They mate for life. One "couple" is in the southwest part of the county near Haywood. Two "couples" are in the north eastern area between Crowder and Blocker. They come back every winter. The southern couple comes to the same tree ever year even.
Thats sik!!! I wanna see one!!
Cool for sure.
That's a big damn bird. Bet a Beaver could kick it's ass though
I have only seen on here in Texas, at a nesting site, and it was awesome. Only if beaver causes constipation.
The guy who came to pick the eagle from that guy said it would take multiple coyotes to take her down... They are somestrong sob's
Few years back I was lucky enough to get to see one first hand. We were on our way up to go snowboarding and we pulled off the highway on an off ramp to take a piss...Im standing next to the truck doing my business when I hear WHOOMP WHOOMP WHOOMP(big ass wings flapping) look up and see a HUGE Bald Eagle taking off from a tree that was less than 10' away from me. I swear the freaking wing span had to be at least 8' maybe 9'. It was freaking sick.
I'll take a bald beaver over a bald eagle any day
A bald eagle in middle TN?!? That don't sound right. I bet somebody poached it out west and dumped close to his farm when they figured out the risks of getting caught.
When you google it lots of rescied ones come outta tenn.
Bald eagles are everywhere in the US. We have them here in the Washington DC region, too. Awesome sight to see when they build nests along the Potomac
the one that used to show up at base was in washington state, but they are everywhere, of course there are more in certain regions, but they can be found pretty much all over the U.S.
