god dam:spit:
head and cam specs??
nice numbers!!!
nice. cam isnt alot bigger than mine... i guess theres something to running e85!!!
Like 22 or something???...... Mitch numbers were very close to this and we were on a Mustang dyno also threw an 80E and pretty high stall... you have a bit more cam ..but he has more air flow on intake/exhaust flow... These numbers on a dynojet/dyna pack? still great numbers either way !
Damn I need a turbo and e85 :thumb:
Hell yeah great numbers!
That's some awesome numbers! Can't wait to get my turbo build goin
wheres the dyno sheet or even a video
I'm going to blow up my 5.3 so fast if threads like this keep popping up...
I have a dyno sheet and a video but the video is on my facebook from a friends phone lol and i dont know how to get it on here but trust me on the numbers I tune for a living and can get on the dyno whenever i want so i have alot of playtime with it and just for the record i probly wouldnt turn it up to 23#s on the street but probly 20 :)
nice!! congrats! very well done on a stock 5.3
I'm jealous... nice numbers! :thumb:
What size injectors are you running, jkalwei?
How far do you think I can go(hp and boost) with a turbo 5.3 on E85, running 60 lb injectors?
Nice numbers, let us know how it holds up.
Wish we had an E85 station close.
I am running 80# injectors and i would think you could get around 650-675 on the low side if i had to guess and thats with a 1-1 regulator and i am pretty sure i made 668/700 on 13-14#s of boost so probly stay around 13-14#s and you would be good! I only wish i had more turbo because i made 801/828 on 19#s so i really only gained a little hp and pretty good amount of tq going from 19 to 23#s
you think its your turbo(what are you running anyways?) or the stock heads reaching a limit on what they can flow?
injectors can only produce so much fuel period. E85 requires a sh1t load of fuel. On gas 60s at 58 base with a 1:1 is good for around 700 hp. I was also on a mustang dyno. My heads flow very well so does my intake and cam. I make my power NA with having a healthy setup.
if anyone planning to make power on E85 look into the FIC 95lb high impedence injectors. At 68 base they are 118lb injectors. just recently purchased these for 600
i was asking jkalwei, but ok. haha
It could be the heads but i think its the turbo and i am running a mp 76mm with a .96 housing! But it doesnt really bother me i am going with a 408 and a 88mm with the 160# injectors and bigger pump!
Just curious what kit you have. Built by u?
Congrats on the #'s.
btw, did you take it to the track, what are the track times, or does it just see the dyno?
Got pics of truck,Turbo setup, timeslip,Dyno sheet?
Love to see the dyno sheet and time slip.
That thing is moving.
Dont have the time slip threw it away but will keep the next ones with the two step and tires should run 10.5-10.6 next time out but i will just get kickedgon out i dont have a cage! And the dyno sheet i have one and the video on my facebook but dont know how to get it on here i have tried and gave up. but if anyone wants they can ask to be my friend on fb justin red dragon kalwei or you can search on youtube for tx2k11 turbo 5.3 and some of the videos will pop up its a red 94 rcsb
If it's the red dragon truck that truck is sick! Great numbers btw. E85 is Jesus juice!
heard you had some good runs over the weekend.....
Yep, this tuck moves out. Would like to see it at the track too..
