That thing is badass. I like the fact that they put that combo with the diesel too. Makes more sense
Holy articulation, Batman!Quote:

Yes, please. Heck, just make that part available.
just seems like a regular 3/4 ton diesel with aftermarket suspension and wheels and tires. Something you could probably buy a truck and do for 5 grand and they will sell this truck way over priced because its got a "performance" suspension system from the factory, just another excuse to price gouge people in my opinion
Kinda reminds me of the hummer truck
Wow what an abortion. that thing is fugly.
For some reason they think an offroad truck should have no bumpers?
FAIL
I like it beside that though.
I like it but agree you could do that with a reg 3/4 ton cheaper more than likely.
I'm not impressed either, the truck would be much more feasible with a performance suspension package on a 1/2 ton. I need to get pics up of mine, I'm working on a mid-travel setup but I've finished my pre-runner front bumper
I actually really like it. Depending on what suspension work is done to it (hopefully not just a plain lift kit) I think it could seriously compete with the raptor.
I think it could be cool but hopefully not just a mediocre attempt at competing with raptor but instead something to eat it alive.
The raptor is in a class of its own at the moment. The raptor is not just some lifted truck with big tires. It has a mid length travel ifs, the bigger V8 ford has (which is like 6.1 or something) and is baja ready. Truck trend and 4wheel and offroad mags both had this thing doing 110 in the arizona desert! Gm needs to get off its ass and find a way to make this happen.
I've ridden in a 6.2L Raptor, no other truck compares from factory in terms of suspension and power... GM will have to step up their game to compete with that truck. That thing could flat out get it across a plowed field. I believe Dodge will even have a competing truck in the works soon.
I would like to see GM do a half ton with a Blitzkrieg Motorsports style long travel and an LS7. The diesel just makes the truck that much more expensive and out of reach for the people who would actually use it for its intended purpose.
This isnt the right time to start something like this in to production with the economy like crap they will end up pileing up on dealership parking lots like expnsive corvetts and other concepts they've produced
