I ran the truck this weekend at 9#s boost. went 12.97 in the 1/4 at 104mph. I got to work on my 60ft times. best I got was a 2.00. Going back in a few weeks and turn it up to 10#s and see what it does.

Great Run!!!! It's hard to break into the 12 sec club.
Damn, you're moving! congrats on the time!
Still don't have anything for that truck of yours though. 11.90's on 5psi compared to 12.90's on 9psi. Yours is smokin!!Quote:

man thats some damn good #'s .those single cabs really get er done...
update on the 1/8th mile. Went 8.14 at 86mph on street tires. Was going to run the slicks but the rims I put them on wouldn't fit. :whack: Didnt check before I put the tires on and went to the track. :whack: Thats what happens when you have to many irons in the fire.
Very impressive!!!
Great 1/4 mile time, but ok I gotta ask why is your MPH only 104? Is it cuz the truck is not aerodynamic? Not to bash anyone or bragg on me, but my TA ran 104s and stayed in the 13s. Most people that I've seen in the 12s run around 110 or so. Sorry but I gotta get you on the rims and tires, way to go hero! J/K, good times.
Oh man I just looked at Allens sig his MPH is only 110. I guess is a truck thing, cuz the TA I was talking about gave up its motor to my truck. The truck is only clocking in at 95. Oh well, I guess is all about the time then.
Yeah, in our heavy sleds it is all about the 60' time. You've got to have the torque to pull out quickly.
My 60ft time was only 1.95. If I had a higher stall the boost would come in quicker and you would see a little faster mph. I dont get full boost till about 60ft. If I had full boost out of the hole I would have some nasty 60ft times.
Hahaha I run in the 13.7-13.8 range and have never broken 99 MPH. Hell with the big stall I used to have I ran a 13.42@98.35. Maybe someday I'll break 100MPH! :thumb: Want to hear something impressive, Parish can do over 100 in the 1/8.
update on 1/8 mile times again. On ET streets. 1.79 60ft, 7.91et at 86.73 mph. Very pleased
JC, you should be pleased with those 60 ft times. That's coming out of the hole like the tires are glued to the track!!! How much does that thing weigh? I have seen camaros and mustangs with much slower 60 ft times.
very nice 60' time there freaky
When I put it on the scales with a 1/4 tank of gas it weighed 4370lbs. There was a procharged ws6 up there that was running the same times as me. That thing should be faster than that.Quote:

Just a little update on the track times with the truck. I ran a 7.82 with a 1.73 60ft in the 1/8 last week and back it up last night with a 7.89 with a 1.75 60ft. Going to the 1/4 track in a few weeks to see what it does. I will update then. Oh. I also put 420hp and 508tq to the wheels on the dyno last week. All this was on 8lbs boost.
