By the just the sound of the truck on this lap top you may need a bigger cam to go along with it G.
big cam, big gears, big converter and a little motor. getting it done! probably wouldnt be the best DD. i would love to see what it would do on a good size shot.

thanx guys...we knew that she had an 11 in her.... my IDC was at 105 and kept backfiring at 7065 rpms.... and had to bring it down to 6800 she still running a stock fuel pump and running the ls2 injectors which are 29-31lbs?? anyhow, i think ill be upgrading that since she pulls really hard up top, but really cant shift that high.....we'll see nxt time around how she behaves with n20....i hope the motor can hold up..its only got 57k since 05...original factory 5.3...man i miss her being stock...lol.

I hardly think throwing spray on a truck is half assing it. I can see changing a cam if you're wanting an all out race truck... but if this is a truck you drive often, an NA cam is the way to go.Quote:
