well i noticed everyone signed in just waiting on a new post :cool: so i figured what the hell....what is everybodys next move...what are you gonna do to your truck next...any ideas...getting new ideas...let us all know...we are all interested...enquiring minds want to know... :lol:

My wife told me the other day that i should just sell my boat and buy a race car. I should do it before she changes her mine.
my flex-a-lite 292's are sitting in a corner waiting to be installed this friday, and my magnaflow catback should be here next thursday. cant wait to have some rumble :devil:

i didnt buy a race car but i did sell my boat...how many buddys you got that have boats...every time we would get ready to go fishin we would all want to take our boats so i sold mine and just go with 1 of the others now...dont fish by myself either so it was good for me and have alot of xtra space in the shop now...Quote:

3" Body Lift, 35's and 4.56 gears.
Turbo or engine swap with built internals. havn't decided which route is gonna be better for me atm. I plan on keeping my truck for a very long time thou.
yeah i was thinking about putting the factory suspension back on my truck and a 3" body lift and bigger tires too. this 4/5 drop isnt workin for me :bash: i do way too much fishing and hunting to be driving down dirt roads in a dropped truck. every time i go to the river in my truck i bottom out somewhere no matter how carefull i am. east texas clay is a pain in the ass to dig out of your a-arms, transmission, and frame :bash:

I have my ASP pullyes in the garage, my Posi Lok puller from Sears will be in today :rock: . I have some 05 e- fans in my spare room, waiting on Allen to get the connectors for his harness so they will work. Anything I need to be careful about when changing the pulleys? Just thought you guys might have some suggestions, so I can hopefully avoid any complications during the process.

you know ...i hav'nt had any xperence with the pullys but have seen alot of trucks with them...good luck on the swaps...the e fans are a great mod as well..maybe 1 of the other guys will chime in on the pully swap...Quote:

I had the lifted look for quite a while but it got old so I am back scraping the blvd. I love being able to fly around curves. The only way to roll/flip my truck now will have a curb involved in it. One way to go fast and stop fast is to get closer to ground level. The higher my truck got lifted, the bigger the tires, the slower the stop.

I had a bunch of parts this summer and sold them off... I had a TT3k, 218/222 Comp, ASMs, and that was it.
Finally out from the WRX and bought that Benz so need to get something. My cam will be here as soon as it comes from the donor's truck (he's gettin' a 6.0 and a custom grind).
I already have the gears, Yukon brand got a smokin' deal, and just need to get an Eaton still and install kits. Cruise RPM @ 70mph is only 100rpm more than a factory 4.10:1 in a Z71 with 265/75R16s. :smile:
This will sound strange, but for those of you in the know, you will understand.
I am thinking of swapping my dual exhaust for a single with one of those "TURBO" mufflers. :lol: Jerry2500 hooked me up with some better fuel delivery for the swap and I know for a fact Allen will have a hand in this too. I might also go with some different gears to load the new exhaust system and a special radiator to cool down the intake air a bit. :taunt:

Cool. I want one of those turbo mufflers too. I am sure it will add a couple more hp too. I know they sound funny but I'll do anything for a few more ponies. Now if my cash cow would just come home. :smile:
hey man..allens got financing also...its 90 days 0 intrest but i think they only give you like 2500 credit so you still have to come up with a little more cash ....
