moving to ocala florida looking for work

my wife is getting out of the navy in a few months and will be moving to florida. i work at maxrpmmotorsports.com in washington. i have 10 years bike and auto experince. im here on vacation now, was wondering if some people could let me know of anything in the area

When u say anything u mean job wise or things to do? Im bout 3hrs away.. Ur just out of gainesville which is the biggest party town in the U.S. if ur into that. Alot of my friends go to shool there and Im often up there being there DD

im looking for a job first. im trying to stay in the ocala area but would drive for the right job

well welcome to FL when you get here. seems like we are starting to have a few more guys from FL and South GA we should try to get a track day at gainesville worked out in like the next couple of months. sorry ss not trying to thread jack, but we need to have a get together for the FL guys.:chevy:

Sorry but I can't name any jobs off the top of my head, but I'm about an hour and half east of Ocala in Daytona Beach. If you guys need help moving in, I'm a veteran as well and always willing to help out fellow vets.

welcome to Florida! whats taking you to ocala? its the biggest horse area in fl! i live down in Venice, about two and a half hours south and work as a horseshoer so i travel there with the guys i work for every so often. :picky:

If it is still there be sure to check out the Don Garlits Museum of Drag Racing in Ocala. I've always wanted to see it myself.
